We offer free shipping with a purchase of $99 and above. Shipping rates will show upon checkout.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out-of-stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
MY Bump shipping rates are based on your order subtotal (pre-tax and shipping). Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Shipping rates paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns received after the 7 days will not be accepted. The return process is you must ship the returned item to us within 23 days of the return being approved. The return process takes 30 days from the day you receive the item. All U.S. returns are eligible for return shipping when returned via email. When shipped via a pre-paid label, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of My Bump Store Credit. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
You are responsible for the shipping fee if your order amount is less than the initial free shipping amount after returning. Also, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges from the exchange or return for the sole reason that they change their mind.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number, item number, and reason you are returning for prompt approval. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or in the form of MY Bump Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
MY Bump Store Credit, via eGift Card (Get your refund faster!) -If you choose to receive your refund via MY Bump Store Credit, you will receive an email with your MY Bump eGift Card as soon as your return package is received and scanned by the carrier. All MY Bump Store Credit refunds will receive an additional $5 reward. Rewards are non-refundable. If you are returning items that were paid for using an existing MY Bump eGift Card, you will be issued a new MY Bump eGift Card with an updated balance.
NOTE: MY Bump eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc).
- Original Method of Payment- You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is dropped off.
- Exchanges- At this time we are only able to offer exchanges for the same item and same color in a different size. Exchanges are offered for all returns just 1 time and within 7 days of receiving the items based on inventory availability and will be offered at the time of return submission. Exchanges through Happy Returns are currently only available on U.S. orders and will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
